Do you feel creative or inspired to paint but don’t know where to start? At Rustic Boutique we are thrilled to announce that we are now offering paint workshops / classes and private tuition upon request.

As a proud stockist / retailer of Websters Chalk Paint Powder and other wonderful furniture refinishing products we are looking forward to introducing them to you through our informative and enjoyable workshops / classes.

WEBSTERS CHALK PAINT POWDER BASICS WORKSHOP

This fantastic and affordable product can be added into any water based acrylic (latex) paint colour you like and used to transform tired, dated and boring finishes into feature pieces full of life.

In this workshop we will introduce you to the wonderful and versatile Websters Chalk Paint Powder. You will learn how to mix and add the powder to your paint. Basic distressing techniques and how to seal your piece using the lovely L’essentiels beeswax polish.

You will need to bring a small piece of furniture (eg. no bigger than a standard kitchen chair … something that can be carried under your arm)

IDEAS: Chair, Frame, Stool, Small Occasional Table
(if you need help in sourcing a piece to paint we may be able to provide you a piece for a small additional cost)

We will supply you with a workshop bag containing:

1 X 500ml Sample Pot of Valspar Paint
1 X Painters Synthetic Bristle Brush
1 X Tacky Cloth
1 X Bag of Websters Chalk Paint Powder
1 X 50ml L’essentiels Beeswax Polish and other assorted items required to refinish your piece

Note: If you would like to specify a certain shade/colour of paint, please let me know when you book, otherwise a shade will be chosen for you. You can find a full list of colour options at http://valspar.com.au/our-colours.php

COST $140 per head (afternoon tea and hot drinks provided) full payment required no later than the a week before workshop commencement!

BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL / DEPOSIT $40 REQUIRED TO BOOK (deposit is non refundable on cancellations later than a week before workshop commencement)
